Conference Reservations

Conference reservations are available for groups reserving four or more hotel  rooms. Groups may reserve up to ten rooms and possibly more depending on occupancy. Discounts are given for conference reservations that have a total of more than 7 room nights and cancellation periods are increased. Conferences with 4-6 rooms must cancel 14 days prior to arrival, those with 7-10 rooms must cancel 30 days prior to arrival.

Groups who reserve hotel conference rooms will also be eligible for a discount on special event room rentals rented in conjunction with their conference. Groups booking up to 10 room nights will receive a $50 credit to be applied to a special event room rental. Groups booking 20 room nights will receive a $100 credit. Groups booking 30 room nights will receive a $150 credit.
